Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori left nothing to the imagination as she wore a see-through dress to the 67th Grammy Awards – and she could face jail time for it

Bianca Censori known for her unconventional fashion choices, made a bold statement at the 67th Grammy Awards by wearing nothing but her birthday suit. The 30-year-old attended the event with her husband, Kanye West, who was nominated for two awards and opted for an all-black ensemble of a t-shirt, jeans, sneakers and dark sunglasses.

However, it was Bianca who stole the show when she arrived on the red carpet next to the rapper, dropped her black fluffy coat from her shoulders and revealed her bare body beneath a mesh skin-tight see-through slip dress. With her hair tied back and leaving nothing to the imagination, the designer potentially faces landing her in hot water with the law.

According to California Penal Code 314(1), indecent exposure is defined as “when a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it.”

It also stipulates that the act must be “willful and lewd” to be considered a crime.
To be found guilty of indecent exposure, the penal code states a person must “intentionally expose your genitals or naked body; expose yourself in front of someone who might be offended or annoyed by it; intend to direct attention to yourself; and intend to sexually gratify yourself or offend someone else when you do it.”

Some might argue that Bianca’s daring red carpet outfit fits this description, reports the Mirror US.

A first-time offender could be slapped with a six-month stint in the slammer or fined up to a grand. Repeat offenders face felony charges, a potential stretch in the big house, and a decade on the sex offenders’ register.

Meanwhile, social media has been ablaze with comments about Bianca’s barely-there getup. A user on the platform formerly known as Twitter quipped: “kanye and that lady should be arrested for that stunt on the red carpet…… #GRAMMYs.”

Another chimed in: “Every single time I have seen Kanye’s wife naked was against my will,” while a third pondered: “Kanye’s wife is fully naked…. does this event not have a dress code…? #GRAMMYs.”
